Pierluigi Ghianda, prototype of a box, discovering six elements, in pear wood, from the 1960/70's. This box has not been marketed, it comes from the Pierluigi Ghianda's private collection. Called "the poet of wood", Ghianda was one of the greatest contemporary artisans who worked wood and collaborated with the largest houses such as Hermès or Dior.
Dimensions: H: 20cm x L: 20cm x W: 20cm.
Condition: Good vintage condition, small crack on one side, amazing work on the wood.
Provenance: Pierluigi Ghianda's private collection, then Private collection, Italia.
Each piece is vintage with normal wear due to time.
