As a renowned French poster designer and visual artist, Jacques Villéglé works with various mediums including street posters. This design is an alphabetical sketch with the NATO design representing the letter O, and the left-hand page illustrating the letter F redacted by the swastika which was "cruelly hijacked almost eighty years ago".

Signature : "Villéglé", dated "June XIX", located in "Geneva" at the bottom right, annotated on the back with "d'après un tract vu à Genève en juin 1999" (based on a leaflet seen in Geneva in June 1999).
