"Bull" ash tray or sculpture by Roger Capron, stanniferous earthenware with "scarifications" and "tiles" decor, mounted on a tailored steel base, from the 1955/65’s. After collaborating with Jean Derval and Robert Picault, Capron created his own factory in 1952 in Vallauris. He produced geometrically shaped pieces that met with great success before turning to architectural geometric panels in the 1960’s.

Signature : Not signed.

Condition : Very good vintage condition, no crack or chip, slight enamel gaps under the horns, mounted on a steel base by a professional.

Dimensions : Without base: H: 18 cm x W: 18 cm.

With base: H: 30 cm x W: 18 cm. x L: 9 cm.
