Man Ray, “Cadeau”, bronze and nails sculpture, signed and numbered, made by Man Ray in 1921 and edited by Luciano Anselmino in 1974. Founder: Fonderia di Mirano.
Coming out of a coffee with Eric Satie in France in 1921, Man Ray passed in front of a domestic utensils shop whith an iron on display. He decided to buy it and to divert it into a sculpture with nails. This was is "first Dada object in France" si iconic that it was then edited in 1974, on year before his death.Signature : Signed “Man Ray”, titled “Cadeau” et numbered “2313/5000".
Condition : Good vintage condition, with the certificate of authenticity.
