Descripción : This is an extremely rare watch and is in good overall condition. The movement is running, however it might need service soon. As noted on the Vacheron Constantin certificate, the balance wheel has been changed. The dial has some scuffs to the edges (particularly to the top right corner and the lower left corner). There is some discoloration to the center, possibly from a previous attempt to clean the dial. The case is in nice condition and shows general wear throughout with general scuffs to the outside of the back. Overall, this is a wonderful watch.
