Lovely "Hubei V" vase, Corsi edition, MENDINISMI collection by Alessandro Mendini, fibreglass moulded in four pieces, spray lacquer and stencil. Alessandro Mendini (1931 - 2019) is an architect, designer, theorist, and editor-in-chief of Domus magazine. A great name in Italian design, he marked the end of the 20th century with his unique style and his approach to colours inspired by ethnic cultures and the Italian futurist movement.

Signature : "A.Mendini" on the vase, "Hubei V, édition "Corsi" under the vase, numbered 10/50.

Very good condition : beautiful lustre of the lacquer.
