Beautiful "Soleil à pointes" (sun with spikes), model n°2, convex mirror by Line Vautrin, in talosel with amber mirrors inlayed, around 1955, signed. Talosel is a material invented by Line Vautrin in the mid-1950’s. It is made up of superimposed layers of resin which will be shaped and colored by fire. This one is in a beige talosel inlayed with fragments of bronze-colored mirrors. In the center, there is a convex mirror, also called a witch mirror.

Signature : "Line Vautrin" - "XII".

Condition : Very good vintage condition and of the structure, some small naturals cracks on the mirrors, two small mirrors have been restored.
