Sold with its original case.

Rare Van Cleef & Arpels Delphes 1970's brooch-pendant in yellow gold textured , in chrysoprase, and in coral, including one wonderful hemstitched star in yellow gold, decorated with of superb cabochon in chrysoprase, enhanced of cabochon in coral.
