Superb Cartier 1990's brooch-pendant in yellow gold diamonds, and in ruby, delicately set with one emerald, including a wonderful dome-shaped elephant in yellow gold delicately set with brilliant cut diamonds about 0.30 carat, decorated with 7 nice ruby radiant cut weighting about 0.15 carat, enhanced with one delicate brilliant cut emerald about 0.02 carat.
