Exceptional Cartier Etourdissante ring in platinium, in diamonds, and in precious stones, composed of one important cabochon in aquamarine elegantly set with one princess-cut blue tourmaline, decorated to the base with one important round engraved pattern in rock crystal enhanced of geometric patterns carefully set with about 0,33 carat of brilliant cut diamonds, enhanced with a setting set with 2 superb oval blue opal and about 0,52 carat of brilliant cut diamonds.
