Significant and lovely Pomellato ring in pink gold diamonds, and in sapphires pink, elegantly set with one amethyst, composed of one very beautiful layered dome-shaped setting in pink gold, decorated with one wonderful faceted amethyst cabochon cut in its center, enhanced with delicate brilliant cut diamonds about 0.26 carat on a side and of sapphires.
