Van Cleef & Arpels Cosmos ring in pink gold, in mother of pearl (Turbo Marmoratus) and in diamonds, including a lovely quadrilobed clover in pink gold partially set with of brilliant cut diamonds about 0.20 carat and of dome-shaped patterns white in mother of pearl, decorated with one very beautiful diamond brilliant cut weighting about 0.20 carat in its center, enhanced one ring in pink gold.
