Mellerio Marie-Antoinette necklace in pink sapphires and diamonds, featuring a white gold bow entirely set with approximately 1.10 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds, adorned at the centre with a sapphire, accentuated by a white gold pendant set with delicately set diamonds and an oval-cut sapphire, the whole held in place by a white gold forçat-link chain.
