The history of Chopard Happy Diamonds

Chopard Happy Diamonds jewellery

The history of Chopard’s “Happy Diamonds” Collection starts in 1976 under the leadership of Ronald Kurowski, the brand’s designer at the time. Inspired by the brilliance of loose diamonds, he turned his dream into reality, creating precious objects in which diamonds would be completely free.

In this way, the first Happy Diamonds watch was born with an innovative concept: a dial inserted between two sapphire crystals within which diamonds could move freely.

After the creation of Chopard’s first Happy Diamonds watch, the concept was extended to a range of jewelry including pendants, rings and earrings, where a piece of the magic was accessible to all tastes. Flamboyant and liberated, the Happy Diamonds Collection is a joyful fairy tale come true.
