Montre de plongée avec double boîtier rectangulaire d'époque Art Déco en acier staybrite amovible. Cadran argenté avec index chiffres arabes peints, chemin de fer et aiguilles en acier bleui. Mouvement mécanique, cal. 19,4 SOB T2, numéroté 8317019. Double boîtier en acier coulissant l'un dans l'autre, assurant ainsi une parfaite étanchéité. Second boîtier gravé des différents brevets (cités ci-dessous). Bracelet cuir avec boucle ardillon. Cadran, boîtier et mouvement signés. Numérotée 8862823. Dim. 36 x 23 mm. Ecrin. A stainless steel manual winding diving watch by Omega, circa 1936. €1,800-2,500 Modèle lancé en 1932 par Oméga avec ce boîtier breveté sous le numéro 146310. Cette invention a également été brevetée en France sous le N° 710316, en Grande-Bretagne sous le N° 365356, aux USA sous le N° 1907700, en Allemagne sous le N° 567213. Ces différents numéros de brevets sont gravés sur le fond du second boitier. L'Omega Marine a été la première montre à être testée à une profondeur de plus de 70 m. En 1936, elle a atteint 73 m. durant 30 minutes dans le lac de Genève à une température de 5°.
