Memovox (or the voice of the mind) created in 1950 is one of the iconic models of Jaeger-LeCoultre.
Initially built around a mechanical caliber, the watch is equipped in 1957 with the first automatic movement (in the watchmaker's history) with an alarm function: The Jaeger-LeCoultre K815 caliber.
It was considered as a real breakthrough in the industry.
This legendary movement is still produced 40 years after its invetion, relentlessly improved by the engineers of the factory to comply with the latest technological progress.
From an aesthetical point of view, the Memovox came over the years in different versions adaptating the styles of the era, becoming classic or sporty.
