The history of Chaumet Dandy

Watches Chaumet Dandy

Created in 2003, the Dandy model draws its inspiration from the brand’s chic and prestigious client base of the 1920s, charming and elegant seducers who were the embodiment of good taste in the era and who favored timepieces by Chaumet: the Marquis of Montesquiou, Marcel Proust, Boni de Castaellane and Sacha Guitry.

The Dandy’s distinctive, thin and square casing with rounded edges, magnificently shows off the metal finishes, whether matte, polished, satin or brilliant. The striped finish of the dial acknowledges the sporty chic of the roaring twenties.

The Dandy collection has expanded to include the Dandy Lady and in 2012 expanded again to include the Dandy Arty, which is black with blue tints.
