Beautiful powder compact "Leaf" in gilded bronze and enameled inclusions by Line Vautrin, around 1945. Signed. Mirror and fabric sieve inside taking the compact shape. Autodidact in her way of working bronze, Line Vautrin extends her field in the 1940’s with bronze boxes creations - compact, pills, ashtrays, boxes - which have gained international renown.

Signature: Line Vautrin.

Condition: Good vintage condition, patina, some oxydation marks, slightly lacks of enameled. Pitted mirror.

Dimensions: H: 1,3 x L: 9 x W: 9,5 cm.

Each object is vintage and may show signs of wear.
