    Beschreibung : CHARLES OUDIN - PENDULETTE, c. XIXè siècle. Cadre en laiton doré sur chevalet articulé, cadran argenté avec motifs floraux ciselés, chiffres romains, aiguilles « cathédrale », indication du jour, de la date et des phases de la lune. Mouvement à sonnerie deux marteaux, quantième manuel. Dimensions: 78 x 100 mm environ. Accompagnée de son écrin d'origine en cuir, avec intérieur en tissu et velours. Manque clef. Restauration à prévoir Charles Oudin (né en 1772) a d'abord été l'apprenti de Breguet, avant de s'installer en 1804 au 52, place du Palais-Royal. En 1859, il invente la première montre crucifix et devient l'horloger du pape dès 1860. Il fut le fabricant de chronomètres de la Marine française et horloger des grandes dynasties de l'Europe du XIXè siècle.
