Description : The movement runs inconsistently, and will require service. The winding crown does not appear to engage. The dial is in nice condition, however the area toward the edge appears to be crackling slightly. It appears as if it has been washed as there is some loss to part of the signature. The faceted indexes are very unusual, with double bullet ends. The case is very crisp with well defined facets to the lugs and a crisp gold mark in the band. The case back has two crisp owl hallmarks. There is some oxidation on the bezel, visible in the photograph, particularly between 10 and 11 o'clock. Overall a desirable vintage piece..The strap of this wristwatch is made from an endangered species, please refer to Important Notices for further information.
