    Beschreibung : The balance does oscillate when the watch is wound, but will need to be serviced. The movement plates are very clean. The dial has loss of finish and discoloration, particularly to the outer edges, which is only visible when removed from the case. There are light scratches and minor loss of finish to the dial. The case shows signs of general wear, with light scratches throughout. There is a very slight gap when the hinged back is closed, but overall the case structure has been well maintained. The pin to the hinged back should be replaced. The engraved inscription to the case back reads, J.B. NOBLE U.S.N.

    Beschreibung : The movement is running, however it should be serviced and timed. The back of the movement is numbered 60360 and 257360. The case shows some tarnish and general wear with scuffs and light scratches. The stamps to the back are very nice and clean. The outside of the back is stamped 400426 and 24003. The case is very nice for the age. The dial is rather dirty, and has some light scratches, but looks very nice. Overall a nice watch. The printed leather strap appears to possibly be original.
